This Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) is located in an arcade street about a 7-minute walk from Higashi-Odate Station. Hello (^O^)/ I've been to Odate for the first time in a while. This time I'm staying near Higashi-Odate Station. After leaving my luggage at the hotel, I wandered around the area and popped into this restaurant. It was just before 7:30pm. The restaurant was already busy, but we were able to sit at the counter. After this, about 2 other groups sat at the counter and the restaurant was full. We just barely made it in and didn't end up as dinner refugees (^_^;) ・2 glasses of draft beer (539 yen x 2) ・Appetizer (429 yen) Apparently the chicken soup served as an appetizer is popular. It was certainly delicious, but as a beer drinker, I was happy to have the grated daikon radish♪ ・Hinaichi Jidori Chicken Grilled skewer, Salt (320 yen) It was grilled right in front of me, and the firmness that is unique to Hinai Jidori was very delicious ( ̄ー ̄)bグッ! ・Meidai Kawa Kushi Sauce (176 yen) It was the best taste with spicy miso (≧▽≦)♡ ・Tomato Natto (400 yen) I was interested in how to eat natto, so I ordered it lol It was my first time to try natto and tomato together, but... it goes surprisingly well (•ө•)♡ ・Damako Nabe (1 portion) (930 yen) Akita's Local Cuisine. This was my first time trying damako nabe. I guess the difference is Kiritanpo has become damako? Damako was like kiritanpo Kiritanpo ball, and the outside was not cooked, so it had a perfect rice texture (。•̀ᴗ-)✧ The soup was a little too salty for me. ・Negima Salt (198 yen) I saw other people's orders being cooked in front of me, and I really wanted to try the negima. The meat was huge (☉。☉)! It was plump, juicy, and super delicious ♡(> ਊ <)♡ ・Donko Salt (209 yen) Like the negima, this one also made me want to eat it lol The shiitake mushrooms were really big!
