比内地鶏を使ったメニューやきりたんぽラーメンなど、秋田らしいメニューが豊富です
折角秋谷来たならば、比内地鶏は食べて帰りたい！
比内地鶏親子丼@890円と悩みましたが、より肉感を感じたいとカツ重を注文

地鶏特有のプリっとした弾力、歯応えのあるチキンカツ
通常のボイラー鶏よりも身が引き締まっており、鶏の旨味とコク深さも特徴的
ぷりぷりのチキンカツという、舌がバグる食感です(笑)
甘辛いタレと半熟玉子はあくまでも脇役
とはいえ、縁の下ならではの力添えでカツを引き立てる味わい
これは普通のチキンカツとは比べてはいけませんね
今までに食べてきたチキンカツではNo.1の美味さとコクでした
