道の駅比内で休憩ついでに昼食をれすとらん比内どりへ
目当ての比内地鶏の握り寿司は無くなったようです。
あえて比内地鶏かつ重（1350円）を注文
比内地鶏はもちろん地鶏なのでしっかりとした食感。
噛みごたえ抜群です。カツのサクサクとややしょっぱめ
なタレがご飯によく合います。
やっぱり比内地鶏は肉の硬さが目立つので揚げるのには
向かないかなと思います。下味の塩胡椒、特に胡椒が
強めに振られていたため比内地鶏の旨みをそこまで感じ
ることができなかったかなと思います。無難に親子丼が
オススメです。
