ホルモン鍋で有名な後楽さんに20年ぶりに来店しました。昔近所に住んでいる頃よく通ってましたが今では人気でいつも30分以上待ちで未訪問でしたが日曜日の11時半に入店すると奥の小上がり席がまだ3席空いており案内されるとすぐに残り２席も埋まる人気ぶりです。定番のホルモン鍋が定食になったホルモン鍋定食1,130円を２人前注文するとすぐにジンギスカン鍋にセットされたホルモン・豆腐・キャベツにキムチ・ご飯・味噌汁を提供されゆっくりとジンギス汗鍋の淵に溜まる汁をスプーンで掬いキャベツの上にかける作業を15分ほど続け汁がほぼ無くなる頃が食べ頃で一緒に提供された甘辛味噌をたっぷりつけて頂くボリューム満点の定食です、今時ラーメン食べても1,200円はザラなのでコスパもバッチリですね。焼く時間がかかるので1組あたりの滞在時間が長くなり待ち時間が長いのも納得ですね。
