太田和彦氏の番組でも何度か取り上げられている人気店です。
週末の夜、早めの時間帯に訪問しました。
飄々とした大将が、間合いのいい接客をするのが印象的です。
能代出身者におすすめを聞いていたので、まずは〆鯖。
とろろ昆布がたっぷりと上にのっかって出てきます。
締り過ぎない生感のある逸品。
山芋ととんぶり。畑のキャビアといわれるとんぶりは
秋田が一大産地です。
そして能代の郷土料理の豚なんこつ。
全体に味付けは濃い目ですが、
日本酒が口の中をさっぱりとしてくれます。
酒は県北のものを中心に、全国の有名ドコロもあれこれ。
店主の隠し酒もあるので、聞いてみるとよいでしょう。
酒を頼むとワインのテイスティングのように
少し味見をさせてくれ、気に入ると
たっぷり注いでくれます。
秋田県を代表するの名居酒屋のひとつですね。
