秋田の美味しいお酒。
先日、仕事で行った、秋田県能代市の居酒屋さん
「酒どこ・べらぼう」さん
すごく気のいい大将と
スタッフの方と一緒に
美味しい地酒を飲ませて頂きました。
地元、能代の地酒や、郷土料理の数々。
特にお薦めは、能代にある酒蔵
「喜久水酒造」
の原酒にごり酒「一時」
一年間で５００本限定なので、ほとんどが地元で飲まれのるので他府県にはあまり出ません。
他には、今年のモンドセレクション金賞をとった
「太平山 天巧」
お酒のあてには、
ハタハタ寿しで
3日連続でお世話になりました
