あきた白神エリアのご当地グルメ
『白神の恵み かましメシ』の
ニューかまー、さくら亭の
『三種の宝 ほてい丼』（1,100円）を
食べてきたよ！
白神ネギ、桧山納豆、馬肉そぼろが
それぞれ入ったおいなりさんが豪快に
乗っかっている丼です。
店主のすみちゃんは
『他のかましメシと比べて、地味でしょ…？』
と言ってましたが、いやいや
こちらもインパクトありますよ！
おいなりさんから3つの具を
ほじくりだして、ご飯とかまして
食べるのが第一工程。
ある程度食べたら、アツアツのお吸い物を
もらい、それをかけて雑炊のように
食べるのが第二工程。
わさびや梅漬けも味変要素となっております。
地元の食材をいっぱいいただくことが
できました。美味しかったです♪
