2021年9月18日（土）17時過ぎ訪問
能代の「やきとりホッピーみなみ」さんを初訪問。まずは、ホッピー白をオーダーです。こちらのホッピーはシャリキンにホッピーを注いだ状態で提供されます。キンキンに冷えたホッピーは体に染みわたります。そしてアルコールが強めなのでしっかり酔えます。
食べ物は煮込みからスタート。煮込みは色んな部位の肉が入り、味付け濃いめでお酒が進みます。肉たっぷりでこれ1つでかなりのお酒が飲めます。鍋からよそうだけなのですぐに出てくるのも嬉しいです。
続いて、ホッピー黒を追加しつつ、焼き鳥をオーダー。焼き鳥はタン、皮を塩で、カシラ、室蘭焼き鳥をタレでお願いします。どれも肉大きめで、個人的にはカシラと室蘭焼き鳥が美味しく、特に室蘭焼き鳥はジューシーで美味しいです。焼き鳥といっても室蘭焼き鳥は豚なんですよね。
雰囲気もよく地元で愛されているいいお店です。また能代に来た際は酔ってみたいと思います。どうもご馳走様でした。
