能代駅から徒歩県内のアーケードにある、親子で営業している様子の居酒屋さん。
店内はカウンター席と、ふすま仕切りで個室も宴会も可能な座敷席。
和の雰囲気を感じ取れる、明るい色合いの料理屋です。
能代の郷土料理は殆ど無いものの、きりたんぽや比内地鶏など秋田県の名物が幾つかあります。
一品料理からご飯系まで個人店にしては幅広いメニューがあり、日本酒も楽しめます。
⚫焼き鳥
メニューには1種類3本で載っていますが、1本ずつ指定オーダーも可能。
若鶏、せせり、つくねを頼んでみて、甘辛いタレにしっかり染まった焼き鳥を堪能。
ふんわり軽めのつくねが甘く美味しく、若鶏もしっかりした肉質で楽しめます。
⚫イカゴロルイベ 350円
イカの内蔵。凍った状態が美味しいとのことで、凍ったまま出してくれます。
いわゆる鶏の生レバーに似ていて、生臭さの中にどこか涼しげで高貴な香りが含まれます。
上品に少しずつ食べていき、日本酒を添えても臭みは強調されず相性良しです。
⚫比内地鶏ラーメン 570円
丼で出してくれる、比内地鶏でダシをとったラーメン。
既製品かもしれませんが、あっさりとした醤油スープにスルスルと食べ進められる麺。
飲んだあとの締めにぴったりです。
⚫日本酒 縄文能代 300ml 930円
トンネル貯蔵で有名な酒造の銘柄で、能代の地酒を冷酒ビンで。
涼しげで冷ややかで気品のある、辛すぎない口当たり。
後に引きすぎず淡い後味も上品なもので、なかなか美味しいです。
寡黙なのか忙しいのか店主との会話はできない感じで、料理の話などはあまり聞けず。
1人で来訪するなら静かに飲む感じで、他のお客さんを見るかぎり2人組の方が多い印象です。
