中華そばと肉皿小を注文。
あらかじめカツ系のメニューは終わった旨を告げられます。
二回目ですけど、前回もおんなじこと言われたような。
早々に着丼。
濁りのあるスープです。
それが動物中心ベースで有ることを物語っていますね。
上手い。
甘みは無くて、旨みの強さが良い。
麺には特長ないですけど、ツルツル系がコレには合うかも。
チャーシューは多分肉皿と同じですね。
スープ美味いし、ネギの名産地なのかたっぷり入ってるし、大食漢のかたはライスも付くセットがオススメです。
