先月の最終日曜日にグランドオープンしたイオンタウン能代に行ってきました。
フードコートにラーメン店が3軒並んでいますが、本社の同じ会社のそれぞれ別ブランド。イオンタウン能代のショップページでは電話番号が何故か宇都宮になってますが、ソフトオープンのチラシには能代の3店舗共通番号が載ってました。
やま川だけやけに混んでるなと思ったら共通レジでした。レジを担当されるスタッフさんが時々後ろ向いて配膳?も手伝われるので余計列の回転が悪くなります。
この日はとし食堂のラーメンは白竜のキッチンで一緒に作っていてとし食堂のカウンターは返却口と化してました。
食べたのはチャーシュー麺。澄んだ塩スープにチャーシューが5枚。喜多方の坂〇食堂に見た目は似ています。現地で言う支那そばですが、とし食堂のは枚数がない分チャーシュー大き目です。
巧くは説明できませんが良くも悪くもセントラルキッチンのスープというか、平打ちの縮れ麺ですがやや真っすぐ目。メンマの形・細さが独特です。長方形のチャーシューは味が染みて柔らかくて美味しい。せこい話だが1000円近くも出したら喜多方市内のお店ならもっと肉食べられる...
こちらも含め、登録されてたイオンタウン能代内の飲食店全てと言っていいほど登録内容が杜撰で地図がおかしかったり電話番号がないか間違ってたり殆ど空欄だったりで...酷い。
