コロナ禍前の冷やし中華巡りで1度食べに来たことがあったなぁ。何年ぶりでしょうかね。もう遠い昔のことのように思えて悲しいな。
お店は相変わらず繁盛していてようござ。
今日はまだ肌寒いしあったかいカツ丼をいただきましょう。
蓋を取った瞬間の湯気さえ美味しい。なんだこれは。美味しいぞ。
プロの作るカツ丼って本当に美味しい。
甘すぎずしょっぱすぎず、煮汁を吸ったジュワジュワな衣が剥がれることもなく、あー、美味しい。
