究極の親子丼は比内地鶏の肉は味がしっかりとして炙ったのか香ばしさも感じ自分の中では久しぶりに美味しい親子丼で、添えてあるいぶりがっこも秋田名物とコスパ良し。
ただ、ゆっくり食事を楽しむには向いてないかも。
おしぼりも紙ナプキンも無く、繁忙期は回転重視だろうなと。
美味しいけどサッと食べる人向き。
