昼食にはご飯やラーメンを食べることが
多いですが、秋の新そばの時期には
こちらに行きたくなります。
期間限定で、ポルチーニのつけ蕎麦なども
ありましたが、今回はそばの風味が目当て
だったので、ざるの十割を。
まず、つゆにもつけずに１本を。
冷水で締めた細打ちであれば、ほとんど
水しか感じないことが多いですが、
こちらはしっかりとした香りがありました。
香り、食感、喉越しなど。
全ての面でさすがだなと思いました。
