仕事の合間のランチで、多分10年振りくらいに再訪問。
前日飲み会で、胃腸のダメージ残っていたので、シンプルに中華そばを。
煮干しの出汁感はしっかり感じるものの、脂感の全くないスープは、この日の体調的に、ベストな選択でした。
麺の味・食感しかり、食べ物で例えて恐縮ですがうどんのような、でもしっかりラーメンでした。
末永く続いて欲しいお店です。
