創業は昭和10年頃と長い歴史を持つこのお店。店内に入るといかにも"中華そば屋"の雰囲気で日曜の昼過ぎは私1人でした。壁に貼ってあるメニューから注文します。店内は静かで旅番組が程良い音量で流れております。壁にはメニューだけでなく、お店の歴史やラーメンの説明などが手書きで貼ってありました。それを見ながら待っていると着丼です。
澄み切った塩ベースのスープに食紅のついたチャーシュー、長い穂先メンマとネギとワカメにお麩といったメンバーです。スープ一口、優しい味で麺は柔らかめの中太麺。静かな店内でじっくりラーメンを堪能できました。
壁に貼ってあった説明書きには、昔ながらの中華そばを"プロトタイプ"と呼んでいるようでその系譜を引き継いできているとのこと。歴史あるお店だからこそ"昔ながら"を体現し続けているのはある意味"本物"とも言えますね。
ラーメンに歴史を感じる一杯でした。
