ダブルソースオムライスをいただきました
今日からお正月休み！と思ったら寒波の襲来で大雪降りになりましたが、妻と二人おいしいオムライスを求めて大仙市に向かいました。情報誌で開店以来注ぎ足しのデミグラスソースの話題を読んで是非食べたいと思っていたのでデミグラスソース＆クリームソースをチキンライスで、妻はトマトソースと明太クリームソースをドライカレーでお願いしました。卵のトロッとした具合にデミグラスソースのコクがたまらなく美味しく、その合間にクリームソースのまろやかさを挟むことでまた良いアクセントになります。自分の選択がベストセレクションと思っていたらトマトソースとドライカレーの組み合わせと、その合間の明太子クリームも予想を遥かに超える旨さに奥の深さを感じました。本当に豪雪の中わざわざ来た甲斐があります。帰りにテイクアウトの冷凍ローストビーフとビーフシチューも購入させていただきました。ご馳走様です。

妻と娘一緒だとラーメンと言うよりは洋食をリクエストされ訪問しました。大仙市で20年以上も大人気オムライス店として君臨しているバンフィールさん。竹田貴弘シェフは製薬会社営業マンからレストランシェフへの転身をされた方なそうで、冒険心とコツコツ積み上げる努力が実っての成功は同年代ながら尊敬できる人だと感心しました。「タケ」と呼ばれていたニックネームと、美味しいと感じて(feel)貰いたいと言う思いからの店名なそうです。私の頂いたオムライスにもたっぷりのデミグラスソースがかかっていました、複雑で奥深い味です。長年継ぎ足す事によりこの店でしか味わう事のできない旨味を表現できている事と思います。ビーフシチューのホロホロに柔らかいのに臭みの無いお肉も抜群に美味しくて、至福の時間を過ごさせて頂きました。ご馳走様です。
