初めての角館です。評判を聞いてこちらを訪問しました。駅からは武家屋敷とは反対方向です。11時過ぎだったので問題なく入れました。
野菜天せいろを頂きました。940円です。
蕎麦は細身でちょっと田舎風。つゆは甘味に加えて酸味も感じます。この蕎麦は美味しいですね。そして量もある。
蕎麦湯はドロッと濃いタイプでした。
こちらの野菜天は山菜です。ふきのとう、こしあぶら、かんぞう。春の味わいです。山菜の台になってるのが竹輪。この組み合わせが面白い。
いいお店ですね。とても気に入りました。
