「大ちゃんラーメン」に行ってきました。
場所は大仙の比較的市街地エリア。
主要道路の裏手というか、少しだけ入った所にあるため意外に知らない人も多そう。
秋田市中心部から下道だと、片道55km程度でしょうか。
P完備。
店内はカウンター、座卓、テーブル席の構成。
TV完備。
店員さん達は程よい活気あり。
「赤鶏しおラーメン＋TPネギ」650円＋110円＝760円
スープ
・・・透明でサラッとしてアッサリ。
ですけど、コクはシッカリしてます。そこにまろみ感じさせる塩ダレ。
鶏の存在感はすごい強いというわけではないですが、感じます。
TPネギにたっぷりと粗挽きブラックペッパーが塗されているため、それが熱くてコクのあるスープにネギの香気と共に溶け出すことでプチHOT感を味わえます。
麺
・・・喉越しの良い細麺。
ツルッとして、優しめ歯ざわり。
チャーシュー
・・・とろけるバラ。醤油ベース調味液のシッカリした味しみもGOOD。
TPネギ
・・・たっぷりのブラックペッパー、ラー油？、他調味済みでシャキシャキ感もGOODで美味しいです。
他1/2味玉、メンマ、なると、海苔。
1番人気のネギみそ等も気になるところですね。
