年の瀬も迫る土曜日、どこへ出掛けても沢山の人が出ていますね。雪も少ないので、帰省した娘を連れて家族3人でランチの訪問です。フェアさんは可愛い外見より以前から気になっていたお店です。とても混んではいましたが何とか着席できました。ランチはピザやパスタ、リゾットもあるみたいですが、夜のメニューが何とも美味しそうでとても気になりました。豚肉と野菜のミソビアータ、ずわい蟹とホタテ貝柱トマトクリーム、海老のタラコの三品を注文しました。ミソビアータは、味噌の香りを感じつつピリッと辛いソースが食欲をそそりる中野菜の甘みを感じます。トマトクリームはたっぷりと入ったリッチな食材を充分に活かし、溢れんばかりのソースにパンの追加を頼みたくなるようなナイスな味です。海老のタラコはシンプルだからこそ食材の旨さを生かせる旨味たっぷりで、白ワインを頂きながら食べたらどれだけ幸せになれるだろうと妄想をかき立てられる美味しさです。大満足の食後は1/2サイズのチーズケーキをコーヒーと共に頂きました。ごちそうさまでした。
