11時30分の開店同時の入店です。私たちの入店後、すぐに2組入店してきました。店内はカウンター席、テーブル席があります。喫茶店のような雰囲気でしょうか？
この日は、私が海老のアラビアータ、レモンサワー、マルゲリータピザのハーフ、同伴の妻は牡蠣のスパゲッティ、ノンアルコールビールを注文。ピザは2人で頂きます。パスタはどちらも少な目でお願いしました。
パスタは細目で、少し芯の残るアルデンテ、アラビアータソースは、辛味は控えめでピリ辛程度、トマトの酸味、旨味とアンチョビの風味の中に程良くニンニクが効いています。塩味加減も程良くシンプルですが、バランスの良い美味しいパスタです。具の海老はプリプリでアラビアータソースとの相性は抜群。
ピザ生地がサクサクで香ばしく風味が良いですね。またチーズ、トマト、生地とのバランスも良く美味しいです。
牡蠣のスパゲッティは、ペペロンチーノ仕立てで、しっかりとニンニクが効いています。牡蠣、長ネギの組み合わせが良いです。牡蠣はふっくらで、旨味がタップリです。
美味しいパスタとピザを頂きました。
