12時の入店で先客は数組。店内はテーブル席のみで、昔ながらのラーメン屋とった雰囲気。
この日の注文は、天ぷら肉入り中華。
配膳までに結構時間がかかりました。
盛り付けが、可愛らしいラーメンです。スープは醤油ベースのあっさりな味わいですが、鶏ガラ等の動物系のコクと旨味がしっかりあります。また乾物系の出汁とのバランスも良く、塩味加減も控えめで、まとまりのある飲みやすいノスラースープです。
麺は中細の縮れ麺で、茹で加減は少し硬めです。コシがあり、スルリと入ってくる喉越しも良いです。
具のチャーシューは薄め、小さめで脂身は少なく程よい噛みごたえがあります。味付けはシンプルであっさりスープにマッチしています。天ぷらは具らしい具はなく、特別な感じはないのですが、美味しいスープをたっぷり吸収しています。食べ進めるに連れ、天ぷらの油分がスープに染み渡り、コクが増していきます。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
