大雪だった２月の、ある土曜日。
朝からずっと家の周りの除雪をし、終わったのが午後４時。
あまりにも疲れたんで、「生ビール飲みたい！」という気分になり、それなら焼肉だと友人をさそって大昌苑に来ました。
小さいころから行っている店ですが、店の雰囲気は昔のままです。
この店はセットメニューも多いので、さっそく飲み会セットと生ビールを注文しました。
疲れた体にビールを流し込み、セットに付いてくるキムチと韓国海苔を食べて焼き肉がくるのを待ちます。
いよいよ肉の登場ですが、かなりのボリュームです。
漬けダレは昔風の甘めのタレです。
小皿のタレは、漬けダレよりはさっぱりしていますが、やはり甘めのタレです。
懐かしい味です。
一緒に行った友人は、ご飯を頼んで焼肉丼にして食べてましたが、絶対に合うと思います！
最近、特にラーメン屋で「昔ながらの味」と言いながら、「昔ながらの今風の味」を出している店があります。
ここは違います。
昭和からずっと人気があり、商店街に残ってきた味の店です。
甘めのタレも、老若男女誰にでも好かれる味です。
