11時ちょい過ぎにお店到着、駐車場には2代先客が…
駐車スペースはあまり広くなくて、私の後からも続々とお客さんがやってきました。
メニューの中で1番高い、ネギ南蛮チャーシュー麺1020円を注文。
店内女性スタッフ2名だけなので、着丼まで10分程度かかりました。
南蛮は豚骨だそう。唐辛子でピリピリはしますが全体的に優しいお味。ネギがシャキシャキしめアクセントになっております。チャーシューは味がしっかり染みたホロホロと柔らかいタイプでチャーシューを頬張りながら、スープと麺を啜ると実に美味しい！でもチャーシューがなかったらちょっと物足りなさを感じるスープかもな〜とも思ったり。トータルバランスは非常に良いです。
私の後から常連客が次々にやってきましたが、ほとんどの方がネギ南蛮やネギ南蛮チャーシューを注文していましたね。個人的には正油も食べてみたい所です。
個人的にネギ南蛮チャーシュー麺で1020円はちょっと高いかな…でも美味しかったです。
