2012.5月 来訪
ちょっと炭楽で一杯飲んだ後に、〆で。初めての来訪です。
かなりのハスキーボイスの店主がお出迎え。
おすすめっぽい感じで、ざる蕎麦と冷たい肉蕎麦がメニューにあったので注文。
山形蕎麦の特徴といえば、自分の中では、五割、かたい、太い。
まずはざる蕎麦から、うずらの卵が付いていて、なんか懐かしい感じの見た目。
食べるとかたい、
という印象。歯ごたえあり。山形蕎麦ですね。
次に冷たい肉蕎麦、
かたい。
でもここのざるよりは好み、自分的に。
味はうまいです！
ただ山形蕎麦特有の弾力感は、まだ食べ慣れなかったです。
山形育ちなんですがね、自分（笑
個人的には800円は高いんです、〆としてはっという感想でした。
