山形のB級グルメ、冷やし肉そばを秋田県でいただくことができるお店でした。
夜6時訪問、先客無し、店内は正直営業中なのか？と思うほど暗い明かりをつけ営業していました。
山形のグルメという冷肉そば注文、菅総理誕生のニュースを見ながら料理を待ちます。
しばらくして到着、お蕎麦はかみごたえある田舎蕎麦。具はカニカマ、しいたけ、鶏肉？、白髪ねぎ、ほうれん草でした。鶏肉が噛むほどに甘みある美味しい味が口に広がる、肉が、美味い！
山形のB級グルメ、冷やし肉そばを是非とも本場で食べて見たい！店主の山形自慢を永遠と聴きながら食べる初の山形そばは、本場ではきっと美味しいだろうと期待させる一杯でした。
