角館の安藤醸造さんにおじゃましました。
煉瓦造りの趣のある建物、歴史を感じる蔵等を見ることができます。
建物内の一角に醤油、たれ等の他、そば、いぶりがっこ等たくさんの商品が販売されております。ちょっとした秋田物産館的な感じかな〜。
で、店内を見ていると何やら試飲しております。何と味噌汁（出汁なし、味噌を薄めただけ）や出汁でした。
出汁なしの味噌汁は純粋に味噌の風味が感じられます。
出汁は販売されている出汁瓶を10倍に薄めただけとの事、これが美味かったので購入しました。
実際に自宅で料理に使うと何にでも合う合う〜日本人のDNAに刻み込まれてるお味でございます。
