大曲飲み、今回はルートイン近くの「北野水産」。ホテルの宿泊客も多そうですが、チェーン店っぽいなぁと思っていましたが、チェーンというより、正五郎などの県南のグループなんですね。
１人飲みはいなかったけど、カウンターもあって静かな１人飲みには向いている。
乾杯は生!!の中には県南のクラフトビールもある。羽後麦酒ゴールデンエールM¥800
お通し3点は海鮮揃い。流石です。
秋田の郷土料理、大曲の郷土料理ときちんと書いてくれています。せっかくなのでここは大曲の郷土料理で。
【なだら王 玉川の鮭燻製生ハム】¥650
ばっけみそがついてます。鮭の燻製とは、これは日本酒ですな。ばっけみそがなかなか合う。
龍蟠赤 8合徳利¥900、1合グラス¥1050
徳利が1合だと思ったら逆なのね。
大曲といえば、納豆汁。
1回しか食べたことないけど、他に食べられるとこもあんまりないし。山菜もたっぷり。納豆の風味はたっぷりですが、納豆はすりつぶされているので粒はあんまり見えません。
食べ終わって酒をチビチビ飲んでいたら、どうやら足が臭い気がしてくる…。は!目の前の納豆汁か!
…と三回くらい足の匂いが気になったところでお椀の蓋を閉めました。
