”タカヤナギ イーストモール”の隣にあるらーめんチェーン店。
以前大仙店で「角煮らーめん」を食べたことがあり、悪くなかったようなと食べてみることに。
平日19時ごろ入店。家族連れなど先客は2組。
今回は店名を冠した「しなとららーめん(\630)」を注文。
ちなみに平日ランチだと、ライスorサラダがサービスとのこと。
待つこと8分ほどで到着。
まずはスープを一口。
味の素的な旨味調味料を感じる、鶏ガラ系のあっさり醤油味。
まずくはないけどなんかもう一味足りないって印象です。
麺は中太縮れ麺で弾力を感じるまずまずのものでした。
途中で”ヤーニー醤”を入れると唐辛子でほんのりと辛くコクが出ました。
ちなみに卓上常備品ではなく、お願いするとを持ってきてくれます。
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、半煮玉子、もやし、ねぎ。
チャーシューは2枚でしっかりとした肉味があり好みな味わい。
もやしとねぎがたっぷりなのも嬉しいです。
前回同様極々普通といった印象は変わらず。
価格設定は高めに感じるものの、トッピングが充実なのでやっぱり普通かと。
卓上にすり胡麻があるので、豚骨系がおすすめなのかもしれません。
