中仙の道の駅でこちらのお店の冷凍コロッケを購入。
肉コロッケ、５個入りで７５０円。
コロッケにこの値段はちょっと高い？と思いましたが１個が大きいので測ってみました。
重量およそ１００g(揚げてから)
油で揚げてるときからカリカリ感が箸から伝わり美味しそう。
揚げたて熱々を一口かじるとカリっといい音。そしてジャガイモの甘さがが際立ちます。しっかりとした味がついてるので、そのままでもすごくおいしい。挽き肉もちゃんといるし、胡椒かな？ピリッとしたアクセントもありあっという間に１個完食。
自宅調理でもあまりの美味しさにお店を検索。
ジャガイモは蒸してるから甘さがあるんですね。
多分今まで食べた中でもトップクラスのコロッケです。またリピートしたいと思います。
