道の駅かみおかの中にあるレストラン。
店内は禁煙席と喫煙席とに分かれ、各々にカウンター席とテーブル席、各20席以上はあり、禁煙席側には小上がりの座卓もあります。
客も少なく、ものの数分で着麺！
【味噌ラーメンセット】850円
・スープ:魚介メインとおぼしきダシに赤味噌系。
・麺:多加水太平打ち弱い縮れ。
・具:チャーシュー、かまぼこ、海苔、ナルト、茹で玉子半身、コーン、刻みネギ。
表面に脂のない酸味のある赤味噌スープは底に魚粉らしきものの存在を確認。
仄かにニンニク、温度的にはぬるいかな～。
麺はやや柔らか目に茹でられ、短めなのに気付く。
餃子は揚げ餃子で、肉と野菜の率が半々、外側カリッと中は水分多めでしっとりしてます。
お米は大仙市で作られたあきたこまちを使用♫
ごはんの量は程好く、ラーメンや定食を注文するとライスがおかわり自由ってサービスは有難いですね!(^^)!
丼とラーメンを半々に組み合わせもできるので、色んなバリエーションが楽しめそうですね！
