帰りの飛行機まで、あまり時間が無い中で土産の調達と合わせて伺いました。
のどかな自然に囲まれて、ゆったりとしたスペースの道の駅です。
道の向こうの田んぼには白鳥の集団が．．11月、もう到着してるんですね～、冬がくるんだなぁと感じる。
建屋の中は何か小奇麗。改装したのかな？入口の見本(11/12～16のランチ)を見て注文しました。
稲庭うどん定食(880円)、海老も入った天丼と稲庭うどん、コーヒーのセット。
結構短期間でランチメニューを変えているのかな？
天丼は、よくあるタレにくぐらせたものでなく、卵とじのような感じ。この作り方も旨いです。
稲庭うどんは、コシのある麺に色が薄い汁は醤油感が無く、出汁の風味で食べるタイプ。
北の方は濃い色、濃い味なのかと思っていたけど、こんなパターンの料理もあるんですね。
コーヒーはレギュラーで、ホッとします。ここのランチはCPがいいと思う。
食べている途中で写真を撮っていないのに気付いたけど、食べかけの写真は載せたくない．．すいません。(汗)
頼まれたイブリガッコを買って帰りました。
