花火で有名な大曲のラーメン店。
ランチタイムに訪問。
～注文～
濃厚煮干しそば 780円
スープは煮干しの粉感とコラーゲンの濃度が合わさり、かなりドロッとしていて濃厚。
まろやかでほんのり甘い豚骨スープに包まれたお陰か、煮干しのえぐみはほとんど感じない。
それでいて旨味はしっかりと感じられる、美味しいスープだった。
もっちり食感の太麺も、濃厚なスープとよく合っていて良かった。
柔らかく煮込まれた大判薄切りチャーシューも良かったが、濃厚スープと相性抜群のネギが、乾燥してカサカサだったのは残念。
多少残念な所はあったが、私の好みに合う、美味しいラーメンだった。
