整体技術研修後の訪麺
秋田県ラーメン総選挙1位の店
ずっと来てみたかったですがやっと来れました
期待通りスープドロドロで濃厚ですが
煮干しがいい‼️
四角っぽい極太麺
絡むので麺食べながらスープを味わってるみたい
結構好きな味でした
豚は甘塩っぱく脂も同じ味
硬めなので混ぜても全く崩れそうにない
野菜といい感じでマッチング
後半塩分とちょっと量が多めと感じましたが
水と野菜でリセットしつつ最後まで美味しく
完食完飲
ご馳走様でした♂️
また来たい…
