前日にいただいたつけ麺が今ひとつだったので、人生初めてのつけ麺連食。
つけ麺は、だんだんつけ汁が温くなるのが嫌で基本的には食べないのですが、どうも最近ストレート極太麺を欲してる。
前日のつけ麺は、角の有る腰のしっかりした麺を食べたくてお邪魔したのですが、つけ麺には珍しい極太縮れ。
食感もうどんみたいだったし、つけ汁は脂っこすぎてダメでした。
コチラは写真で麺の外観はチェック済みですので、期待が高まります。
10分少々で着丼。
麺は全粒粉入りで、黒っぽいその色が象徴的。
加水率高めな感じで弾力を感じます。もう少し硬質な方が好みですけど、十分欲求は満たしてくれる麺でした。
つけ汁は、ドロっとした典型的なつけ麺用つけ汁ですが、塩味と魚の風味がバランス良いです。
美味しいつけ汁だと思います。
麺との相性もかなり良いです。
過去いただいたつけ麺は、つけ汁が好みでなかったり、麺とのバランスが悪いと感じたものが多くて、コレもつけ麺から遠ざかっている理由のひとつですけど、コチラのは大丈夫。リピしたくなるレベルでした。
