多くの煮干し
全国健康福祉祭である、ねんりんピック秋田２０１７の会場での購入です。
メニューは稲庭ど煮干しらーめんのみ。
６００円と書いてますが５００円での提供とのこと。
スープは表面に油膜が張り、熱を保ちます。
温度の面ではいいのですが、油のコーティングが煮干しの香りを和らげているような。
とても濃い風味を想像していたのですが、その方が万人受けするのかもしれないです。
麺はストレートで芯を残した特徴のある茹で上がり。
「稲庭」と言うからには、生麺ではなく干してあるのだと思います。
干すことによって滑らかな食感と旨み成分を生成するのが稲庭中華そばかと。
煮干しの濃いスープには、こういった麺の方が合うんだなと思いました。

昼食にラーメンを食べようと思い、自家製麺の伊藤さんから
佐藤さんへのはしごを。
レギュラーメニューよりは限定っぽい方がいいかと思い、
券売機で煮干しを濃厚煮干そばを購入。
スープも麺もかなり特徴的です。
プルプルとした食感でテカテカと光っている太麺。
ボリュームがありますがトッピングの種類も豊富で
飽きさせない楽しさがあります。
風味や主張が強くインパクトのある煮干し感でした。
２回目のランチにしては強さのある選択をしたなと思います。
サービスについて、客への感謝の気持ちを出してとまでは言わないですが、
せめて、美味しく食べさせる表情であってほしいなと思いました。
