秋田で仕事がありとても楽しみにしていました。
開店から数分後既に先客が3名おり女性が一人で対応しておられました。
僕も家内も細麺が好きなので煮干中華(醤油)(塩)にしました。
とても美味しいです。
盛り付けをみて一口食べて盛岡の十郎兵衛と同じ味だと何となく気が付きました。
食後に車内で食べログのレビューを読み本店がすぐ隣にあること知りました。
好きでよく通っていましたので新たな感激は正直ありませんでした（笑）
嘗ての盛岡店では筍の水煮をそのまま刻んでいましたがしっかり味付がされていますし鶏チャーシューもしっとりしていてさすがに本店だけの出来だと感じました。
この日は快晴で山頂から麓まで雪で覆われた鳥海山を初めて見ました。
澄み切った空気と絶品ラーメン、ごちそうさまでした！
