大仙市大曲に仕事で行き､ランチタイムとなり久しぶりに中華そばde小松さんに訪問｡お店の客席数が少ないがタイミングよく入店出来､発券機前でメニューを見るとまだ限定メニューがあるでは無いですか。
エスニックと言う言葉にも惹かれオーダーして待つこと7分程度で着丼｡先ずはナンプラーベースのスープを口の中に流し込み､もやしを食べ麺へと…旨い｡
スープが麺とマッチして癖になりそなメニューでした。
