I visited on a weekday in the early afternoon! There were quite a few customers there ^_^ I've been to Shoushuken in Tsuchizaki before, but this was my first visit here! I was feeling pretty hungry, so I ordered a large serving of Fuji Ramen Miso for 1,090 yen, with a free boiled egg topping as a JAF perk! It looked like a huge pile ^_^ The amount of bean sprouts was insane. It comes with garlic by default, so if you don't want it, you'll need to ask when ordering. The soup has a fairly thick layer of non-emulsified oil! Combined with the garlic, it has a very punchy, delicious flavor! The noodles aren't super thick, but they're filling! The large serving size was quite filling, but I was also interested in the extra large size ^_^
