最近、日本各地のイタリアンレストランでよく食事ができて幸せでした。秋田県で、私がとても気に入った2店のうちの1つです。秋田市内から車で40分ほどのところにあるこのお店は、お店の外にわかりやすい看板がないため、車で通り過ぎるのがとても簡単です。建物の正面に木の板でできた壁がある建物を探せばいいのです。
予約時間より20分ほど早く到着してしまいましたが、おかみさんがお出迎えしてくれました。駐車場で10分ほど待ってお店に入りました。お店の雰囲気は落ち着いていて、素朴な調度品にモダンなテイストが加わっていて楽しめました。
店内には20席ほどあり、席と席の間隔もちょうどいい。私たちは、料理5品とデザート1品がついた特別おまかせコースメニュー（1人18,000円）を注文することにしました。
- 前菜盛り合わせ：鱧、松茸、秋田県産豚肉、巻物、穴子、きゅうり、ビーツ、ベビーキウイ、鱸
- スープ トマトスープの下にパンとチーズを敷き詰めたもの。温泉卵をトッピング
- パスタ。リグーリア州産。ムール貝、じゃがいも、レモン入り
- リゾット：初荷玄米、ポルチーニ茸、青森産鴨肉入り
- 肉料理。子牛のカツレツ 2種の茄子ととうがらし添え
- デザート 桃とレモンベルガモットのゼリー寄せ
料理の質は素晴らしいものでした。前菜の盛り合わせは、調理に時間がかかっているようで、シンプルなソースだけで美味しくいただきました。地元の食材が多く、野菜や魚介類も多いのがよかったです。スープも心温まる味で、南イタリアの田舎で食べているのが想像できるほどでした。私にとって一番美味しかったのは、パスタです。味わい深く、パスタの茹で加減も最高でした。特大サイズを注文したいくらいです。
全体的に、この食事は本当に楽しかったです。サービス、料理の質、雰囲気、すべてが最高でした。コスパも良いし、次回はディナーで利用したいお店です。
