カツ丼を食し、大曲へ移動。
花火のお勉強をした後、ホテルで一服。
夜ご飯はホテルから暗闇を徒歩35分、ジュエーメさん。
18時半予約で訪問。
昼や前夜は満席だったそうだが、この夜はワシ1人だった。ワシ人気ない。(´・ω・｀)ｼｮﾎﾞｰﾝ
コースは2種、もちろん高い方で。
せっかくなのでペアリングをお願いした。
いただいた内容はだいたい以下、間違ってたらｽﾏｿ。

秋田の食材が盛り沢山の嬉しいお食事。
フリット、タヤリン、リゾットとドンピシャのお料理が続いたあと、メインの鹿角牛、火入れ完璧で超気持ち良かった。ペアリングのセンスも良き。
奥様が終始つきっきりでにこやかなご説明。
楽しく過ごせて、3時間があっという間だった。
食後にはシェフとも少しお話させていただき感謝。
秋田の魅力を再認識できるお店だった。
お会計は約22K。
帰りも暗闇の中を徒歩で40分弱。
熊さんに遭遇しないように泣きながらホテルへ〜。
