以前から気になってお店です。今日はたまたま嫁さんとJKが大曲イオンに映画見に行く予定だったのでそれに便乗。イオンから比較的近いです。
券売機の先頭が塩なんで塩押しなんだろうけど、最近お初のお店はほぼ醤油にしてます。
番号札を取り券売機で食券を買うというシステムです。それにしても店内がナイスな雰囲気（笑）
お客さんは結構入ってたけど10分もしないうちに着丼。見た目オーソドックですね。そして一口食べたら・・・
なかなか良い感じの脂感。湯沢ラーメンの油田系までとは行かないまでも脂は結構感じれます。
改めて、スープのベースは鶏、豚の動物系と乾物系かな？と思います。魚介は感じれませんでした。おもに鶏主体になってると思います。
見た目とはギャップのある味のスープ。ここ独自の製法でしょうね。このギャップたまらん！
めんは細麺に近い中細麺でツルプリな食感は非常に食べやすいです。麺も悪くないですね〜
具は小さめのチャーシュー2枚、メンマ、ネギ、お麩、そしてアクセントのレモン。全体的に控え目な感じですが、丼顔を考えるとベストと思います。レモンは年中入ってるのかな？冬はいらないような〜
お客さんも次から次へと来て人気店の仲間入りになってるようですね。種類が少ないのに客多いと言うのはとても俺の好きになるお店の部類です。
初来店でしたが、店名、店内が特徴的だし期待を裏切らない味で美味かったです❗️ご馳走さまでした。
