1月にしては暖かい日が続いた県内。
これは県南に行くチャンスだ！と思い遠征。
あきたホリデーパスを使い、電車で移動。
昨年11月にオープンしたまっちゃんへ。
お店は女性1人で切り盛り。
店内はカウンター4席、
4人がけテーブル2卓。
平打ちの麺に濃厚なタレがからむ油そば。
チャーシューは盛り付ける前に炙っていて
香ばしさUP。
