横手でも老舗のお寿司屋さん。ランチやってるのは知りませんでした。
最近は回転寿司ばかりで、かれこれ10年以上は行ってなかったですね(^^;;
ランチメニューから「ランチにぎり」をオーダー。長年愛されてるお店なので、クオリティは間違い無し。
酢飯の酢加減、シャリとネタのバランス、ネタの新鮮さなど、秋田県南一の呼び名もよく分かりますね(^ ^)
私的には、エビ・イクラ・ウニが無く、最高のお寿司ですね(笑)
ランチには、お椀とサラダ付き。お碗は、エビ出汁の味噌仕立てのお吸い物。エビの頭がかなり入ってて、かなり濃厚なエビ出汁が味わえます。
エビは食べませんが、エビ出汁は好きなんですよね(笑)
久々に夜も行きたくなりました(#^.^#)
