[We accept reservations for New Year's parties. ] Yokote Yakisoba, which has been awarded the Four Heavenly Kings at the Yokote City Tournament for 12 years in a row, is our favorite menu and is very |
A trip to Tohoku. After moving from Akita City, I stayed in Yokote City for the night. Let's have a drink before checking into the hotel. Exit the east exit of Yokote Station and walk straight down the street. If you walk for a few minutes, you will find a fairly large store. That is this store. Speaking of Yokote, Yokote Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is famous as a B-class gourmet dish. Also, there is an event every year to decide the top four Yokote Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). It seems that this restaurant is chosen as one of the Four Heavenly Kings every year. It's a pretty big store. There are counter seats and table seats on the first floor, and there are also seats on the second floor. It was after 6pm on a Saturday, but the place was almost full. There was a counter seat available so I was able to get in. First, I ordered a draft beer. As side dishes, we ordered chicken (negima), offal, beef short ribs Grilled skewer, and Yokote Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). While I was drinking draft beer and waiting, Yokote Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) came out first. Yokote Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) feels quite juicy. The noodles are medium-thin. I wonder if they use boiled Chinese noodles, which have a chewy texture. It has a slightly different image from Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). The ingredients are minced meat, cabbage, and a fried egg, topped with green seaweed and served with Fukujinzuke. Although it tasted like sauce, it was light and easy to eat. All Grilled skewer were salty. The beef short ribs are thick and have just the right amount of fat. It's soft and has just the right amount of salt. Hormones have a crunchy texture. It's very salty. Negima has elastic flesh. It's nice to feel the flavor of the chicken. The miso that comes with it is quite dry, so dipping it in with a little bit makes it a perfect accompaniment to sake. Since it's a popular store, the staff seemed busy, but the customer service was good. There was no wait time for ordering and it was very comfortable. This restaurant is famous for its Yokote Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), but as an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), it has a wide variety of menu items that you can enjoy. It's a restaurant where you can enjoy just a few snacks.
