I came across Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) on my way from the station to the inn. There were no other shops like this. It was snowing, and it was a pain to find one. Unlike yesterday in Aomori, I entered the bar. There were a few staff members there, but they didn't seem to be taking orders, so I ordered beer and offal, which I thought was typical of Akita, and I finished the beer in no time. Although he didn't come, I ordered an additional dry sake and had a delicious hot pot of sandfish and horumon. The sandfish was female and full of eggs.
