50年前から食べている清吉の中華ー味が変わった！？
本荘由利のソウルフードといえる清吉の中華。
50年前、子供の頃から本荘に行けば食べていた清吉の中華。
1975年に通っていた本荘高校の裏にあった清吉御門町店には頻繁に通った。
建て替え前の本店も通った。懐かしい昭和な建物には客が溢れていた。
子供の頃からずっと変わらない味だった。
今年、久々に本店に行ったら、中華の味が違う！！？？
清吉の味ではないスープ。一体どうしたんだ！？
加藤そば屋の時代から長い歴史を持つ清吉。味を変えないで欲しい。
味を伝承し歴史を守り抜いて欲しい。
代替わりに直面しているのであろうか。本荘の清吉を愛するからこそ、全力をあげてあの味を伝承して欲しいいと、厳しい檄を飛ばしたい。

今日の昼は本荘市民のソウルフード、清吉そばやの中華。
50年前の小学生だった頃から食べている中華。シネ肉の入った、中華そば。
やはり、昔と比べて味が変わったような。
味が薄くなったような感じ。
世代交代の時期なのかもしれない。あるいは、物価高に抗しきれず、スープのレシピを変更したのか。
50年前の小学生の頃から、本荘高校に通った時代をはさみ、最近まで変わらずに慣れ親しんだ、伝統の味をどうかしっかりとつないで欲しいと切望する。
