大盛中華そば
清吉の岩渕支店の後に訪問。
さっき普通盛だったので、こちらでは大盛を。
２軒連食すると色々違いがありますね。
トッピングの鶏肉の味付け、カットの仕方に、ネギの量と厚さとか。
スープもたかしょうの方が塩分キツめでキレがあり、麺も細く硬めに感じます。
結構違いがあって、どちらのお店にも固定のファンが多いのに納得しました。
