とても人気のあるお店なので駐車場は常に
イッパイ(多分)工夫してくださいな( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
メニューは 中華そば あっさり or こってり
醤油拉麺の三姉妹♡
今回は あっさり& こってりをポチっとな♪
そしてラーメンがやって来た…(あっ！)
見た目でハッキリ違いが分かるニクイ奴！
こってり といっても ヘヴィな感じはなく
煮干し感は控えめで 美味しい豚骨醤油と
いった印象♪
魚粉パラリはショッパー来ちゃうよな～。
元々塩茹でしたモノだし アルアルですネ。
あっさりはグッと違った顔をみせて来て
うどん にも合いそうなプースー( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
ムニュとした麺は茹で加減が？？？
多くの麺茹でと並列進行する中 湯上げの
タイミングが大丈夫かな～ と思ってたら
この器だけ麺とプースー馴染ませようと
ずっと格闘していたけどリカバリ出来ず。
といったところでしょうか( *´д)/(´д｀､)
お忙しいとは思いますが、良くも悪くも
オープンキッチンだと色々見えてしまい
ますネ(*- -)(*_ _)ﾍﾟｺﾘ
今回のハプニングを除けば 人気店という
ことは十分納得出来ましたヨン様♪
