朝営業も始められたようです |
ランチを食べるタイミングを失い、気がつけば
13時になりました。
近くのお店を探すと このお店がヒット。
狭い駐車場になんとか駐車して入店すると満席。
まず食券を買い、待つこと10分程度で着席です。
注文したのは、こってり大盛950円。
事前に食券を店員さんに渡していたので、着席後
3分程度で配丼されました。
見た目、煮干しの濃さが凄いですね。
しかし、スープは見た目よりも味は濃くありません。
塩味弱め、煮干しの出汁超強め、という感じです。
麺は中細丸麺で歯ざわりがザクザク。
噛むと旨さが滲みでる、好きな麺はです。
店内に製麺室と思わしき小部屋があったので、自家
製麺ですかね。
大盛にして良かった、良かった。
残ったスープの底には煮干しの粒粒が沈んでおり、
とても濃い目の出汁を感じます。
これは店に通い出すと癖になる味わいですね。
なかなか面白いラーメンでありました。
